Estimates and Quotations

- The quotation is based on information provided by the Client and may be subject to change if site conditions vary.
- Any changes to the original scope of work may result in additional charges.
Appointments and Access
- The Client must provide safe and unrestricted access to the property and work area.
- Missed appointments or delayed access may result in additional charges.
- Scheduled dates are subject to change due to weather, emergencies, or supplier delays.
Payment Terms

- Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- The Client must inform the Company of any hazards (e.g., asbestos, structural risks) before work begins.
Cancellations
- The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a call-out or cancellation fee.
Insurance
- Cherry Blossom Electrical holds public liability insurance.
- The Client is responsible for their own property and contents during the work period.
Acceptance of Terms
- By accepting our quotation or engaging Cherry Blossom Electrical’s services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
